Setting Up A New Meeting and Need Help Planning It?

Montrose Travel is available to assist you in planning your next meeting and can handle any or all of the following time consuming tasks:

  • Site selection and research
  • Room rate / contract negotiation
  • Meeting space
  • Food and beverage
  • Audio / visuals
  • Rooming list
  • Billing / payments
  • Off-site events
  • Ground transportation
  • Airline reservations using discounted airline contracts

Consider this an 'a la carte menu' and select which services you'd like to utilize. For instance, if you don't have time to shop around for a hotel, but still want to maintain control of the meeting once the contract is completed (eg. food and beverage, audio / visuals, meeting room set-up, rooming list, billing, etc.), that's ok. If you'd prefer to hand off all the planning to us, that's ok too.


What constitutes a "meeting"?
  • 10 or more sleeping rooms for 1 or more nights
  • Need meeting space and/or food/beverage and/or audio/visuals


How it works:
 

Montrose Travel is able to provide some or all of our services at no cost to you because we work on a commission from the hotel. Because we earn commission on the sleeping rooms for your program only, we can offer site selection / research and room rate / contract negotiation to you at no cost as long as you have sleeping rooms included.

Discounted Airline Contracts:
 
Montrose Travel can negotiate discount airline contracts for all meetings with 10 or more people flying on the same airline to the same destination. Please let us know if'd like to pursue this type of savings.
